To enhance and strengthen our position, we are seeking highly qualified and motivated person to join our team for the challenging position of :
IMPORT SECTION HEAD
Job Description :
- Monitoring stuffing import activities
- Monitoring shipment arrival and custom clearance process
- Reviewing and monitoring import orders and other document (PIB, Masterlist, IP Plastic, etc.)
- Verify import cost for each shipment
- Planning weekly and monthly budget
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of filing import documents
Qualification :
- Male or Female, age max. 35 years old
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3)
- Min. 4 years of experience as supervisor in import section or forwarder (customer service)
- Excellent knowledge in import procedure and government regulation of import in abroad (such as: Invoice, Packing List, PIB, BL/ Airway bills, SKA, etc.). Preferably have good knowledge in LC
- Good communication / Fluent in English (Listening, Writing, Conversation)
- Computer Literate (MS. Office and Open Office)
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta, West Java
