A leading company in the hospitality Industry (Serviced Office) currently seeking for high caliber candidates
to fill the following position in its expansion plan :
SALES & MARKETING
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support Centre/Assistant Manager in daily marketing activities when needed.
- Responsible to develop marketing strategies, monitor marketing trend and to obtain sales target.
- To maintain network with prospects/clients and establish good rapport with clients.
- To develop new and potential business opportunity.
Requirements:
- Female/Male with a Strong sales, high energy, good attitude and to have customer relations skills.
- Minimum education Bachelor degree/S1, preferably overseas graduate
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the Service Industry,
- Able to write English business letter and Excellent English spoken
- Computer Literates in Microsoft word and Excel and good in presentation skill
- Must be target oriented and have strong negotiation skill/able to close deal.
- Self motivated, Self drive , proactive, initiative and pleasant personality.
- Demonstrated the ability of meeting sales target as set by company
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
