A leading company in the hospitality Industry (Serviced Office) currently seeking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position in its expansion plan :
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handle incoming & outgoing call for enquiry
- Responsible for managing confidential documents.
- To maintain and update all client data and information and ensure new updates are changed accordingly.
- To handle and coordinate customer's requests / enquiries professionally .
- To have good negotiation and communication skill with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Female, Age between 23 - 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Min. 1 year of working experience as Legal Officer / Corporate Secretary
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Expert to using Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
- Have experience minimum 3 years in administration
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skill , Fast Learner, Hard worker, and Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work as team.
- Capable in handling with confidential documents and information
- Mature, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative & teamwork
- Customer service oriented, self motivated, proactive, pleasant personality, discipline, well organized, and outgoing kind of person that enjoys interacting with people
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
